Frequently Asked Questions
Is the trial class free?
Yes. The first trial class is free and lasts 30 minutes. It’s a one-on-one session so we can get to know each other, discuss your current level and goals, and see which class format works best for you.
Is the trial class one-on-one?
Yes. Even if you’re interested in joining a group later on, your first trial class will always be a one-on-one session. That way, we can take our time discussing your needs, your schedule, and your learning style.
In what language are classes taught?
We try to conduct most of the classes in Spanish so that you can get used to the language right from the start. When necessary, we can use English or French to answer questions or better explain certain nuances.
Are intensive courses always available?
No. Intensive courses are scheduled for specific weeks and aren't always available. If you're interested in this format, feel free to email me to check upcoming dates and see which option works best for you.
Do I need to know my level before booking?
No. If you're not sure exactly what your level is, we'll figure it out together during the trial class. You can have a rough idea, but you don't need to know for sure right from the start.
What types of classes can I choose?
You can choose between group classes, private lessons, and intensive courses. If you're not sure which option is best for you, I'll help you find the format that best fits your goals during the trial class.
What do the classes include?
Classes may include conversation, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, error correction, supplementary materials, and recommendations for further practice. The content is tailored to the level and needs of each student or group.
Are the classes online?
Yes. Classes are held online, so you can learn from anywhere in a convenient and flexible way.
What happens if I can't attend a class?
If you need to reschedule a class, please let me know in advance so I can try to reschedule it. The terms for rescheduling or make-up classes will depend on the type of class and availability.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. If you start with group classes and later prefer one-on-one sessions, or if your goals change, we can work together to find a different format that better suits your situation.
